Processing times: Typically it takes us 1-3 business days to pack and ship your order. Sometimes it can take a bit longer due to high order volumes, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any anticipated delays.

Shipping time: Generally, orders within Canada take 2-8 business days. Orders to the United States usually take 3-8 business days. All shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee the exact transit times of your package unless you contact us before ordering for special arrangements. 

International time: Orders being shipped internationally may take about 8-15 business days for most countries, but may take up to 20-30 business days for some countries. If you are looking for faster shipping, please contact us for a quote via Express before ordering.
